Sign up with Picket

Start by telling us a bit about yourself and your property, and we’ll give you some great tips for getting your home ready to sell.  While you are providing us the information needed to list your property (step 2), you can start preparing you home to look amazing for potential buyers.

Tell us about your home

Your Picket Agent will help gather the information to list your home, and to complete your listing agreement.  We also prepare a Competitive Market Analysis (CMA) for your home so we can determine the best listing price possible.

3.

Meet your agent

We want to get to know you, we love our clients!  Your Picket Agent will coordinate a time to quickly meet in person to collect any final materials, provide your lock box, and answer any questions you may have.  We want to make sure your selling process is running smooth.

4.

Get professionals photos taken

We will schedule a session with our professional photographer to capture the beauty of your home, and get the attention of potential buyers online.  Professional photos are included with all Picket listings.

5.

Get listed

Your home gets listed on MLS, which automatically syndicates your listing to Realtor.com, Zillow, and other real estate websites.  We’ll also create a custom advertisement for your property on Facebook and Instagram.

6.

Show your home

When potential buyers become interested in your property, they’ll contact your Picket Agent directly to schedule showings. Your home will get shown using our secure lock box to gain access.

7.

Close!

When you receive an offer, your Picket Agent is here to look out for your best interests every step of the way. We provide full representation from negotiation to closing. Did we mention all the money you'll save?
